After a busy morning of community members dreaming about Innisfail's future direction, on behalf of the Innisfail LTBK committee, Jeremy Bouw announces that work is already underway to improve the life of Innisfail's citizens. Highlights of the announcement include that money contributed to the park project will be matched dollar for dollar, and the project is seeking volunteers.
Jeremy Bouw,"This is not about US building a new playground and hoping that kids will use it. This is about building community from the ground up - the playground is just one of the ways we can begin that work. This playground is for kids - and will be designed by kids."
